Course objectives
The seminar provides basic knowledge on the items of French history and tries to put important historical events in broader connections. It discusses the events of the lecture. The students will master the French historical terminology. At the end of this course, students should be able to apply the acquiered knowledges and skills at the school.

Art, science, technics in the Middle Ages. F. Villon. 6. Francois Ith and the Age of the Renaissance. 7. Reformation and religiouses Wars. 8. Versailles of Louis XIVth 9. Louis XVth a Louis XVIth 10. The Great French Revolution of 1789. The National Konvent.
