Course objectives
The goal of the subject is a synthesis of professional, theoretical and practical kompetence of a teacher based during the studies an faculty of education. It include selection of issues corresponding with concrete situation of the development of Czech school and pedagogy, or also with requirements of students. The aim of subject is reflection teacher's practice. Students consult problems practice with readers- supervisor in particular also associated forms supervize. Familiarizing with technologies supervisor and re - inflexional work and obtain skill evolve forms collegiate supports and cooperation with colleague in his future profession.
Syllabus
  • Topics: 1. Teacher and his conception of education and pupil. Creativity in teacher's profession. 2. Professional ethics of the teacher. Self reflection in professional development of the teachers. 3. School management. 4. Trends in the development of czech schools. System of the education. Education and culture on trip to EU. White book. 5. Danger children. Criminality of the children, problems dependences and school 6. Cooperation of the schools and pedagogic-psychological consulting rooms. Reflection of practice: notions reflection, supervize, professional development; mentoring, this - ring etc. 2. Techniques for re - inflexional and supervisor work; analytical and dg. tools, observation schematics, techniques questioning, etc. 3. Practical part: re - inflexional work on single causes Conception subject is headed to sublimation postures student to education and nurses possibility creation primary conception education already along undergraduate disposition.
