Course objectives
Purpuse is defined into problems of manager presumptions in area of prevence, espec.primary prevence.
Syllabus
  • Areas of management and principal directive functions of department a prevention (planning, organization, personal management, motivation, control and evaluation). Organizational structure of department management of sections, models of management, organizational order). Rights, freedoms and responsibility of the manager of department. Construction of strategic (long-time), yearly prevention plans. Legal person, legal form. Financial for realizazation prevention. Process and styles of management, presumptions of prevention manager. Public relations.
