Course objectives
This subject follows the subject Jazyková cvičení a reálie 1B. The aim is to develop all the four language skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) in the target language. Special emphasis is laid upon the communicative compentence of the students in the target language.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction and revision of the previous semester 2. food and restaurants (present simple and continuous) 3. sport (past tenses) 4. family, personality (future forms) 5. money (present perfect and past simple, phrasal verbs) 6. changing your life (present perfect continuous) 7. transport and travel (comparatives and superlatives) 8. modern manners (must, have to, should) 9. describing people (must, may, might, can´t - deduction) 10. education (first conditionals) 11. houses (second conditional) 12. friendship (usually x used to)
