Course objectives
At the end ot the course students should be able to: characterize the structure, development, ecology and evolution of flowering plants; understand the origin and diversification of land plants while emphasizing flowering plants; identify and classify emphasizing flowering plants; understand basic evolution processes (speciation, reproductive biology, adaptation, convergence, biogeography); understand their phylogenetics (phenetics, cladistics, morphology and molecules).
