Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the grammar about präteritum. In the part Listening with understanding are the stundent able to discuss about what they heard and analyse the opinion of the speaking persons. The themes are Time, Everyday life, Men&Women.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students should be able to: -to understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment); -to communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters; -describe in simple terms aspects of their background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need;

Assessment methods
To obtain the credit points the students are to pass a written test during semester containing a grammar part and a written test at the end of the semester containing a grammar part and a listening part. Oral Exam: a dialogue with the teacher.
