Main objectives can be observation of representative species of these taxa groups and study their basic characteristics and ecology: 1. Cyanobacteria. 2. Euglenophyta, Dinophyta, Heterokontophyta: Chrysophyceae 3. Fucophyceae, Tribophyceae. 4. Bacillariophyceae. 5. Rhodophyta, Chlorophyta: Ulvophyceae. 6. Cladophorophyceae, Dasycladophyceae. 7. Trentepohliophyceae, Trebouxiophyceae, Chlorophyceae. 8. Charophyta: Charophyceae 9. Zygnematophyceae, Myxomycota. 9. Oomycota, Zygomycota. 10. Ascomycota. 11. Ascomycota 12. Basidiomycota. 13. Basidiomycota. 14. Lichenes.
