Course objectives
Basic overview of the history of legislation for land transport on the Czech territory. Interpretation of Law No. 361 of Sb./2000   on the road in terms of subsequent modifications and additions of   terms of the needs of pedestrians, cyclists and novice drivers Traffic accidents: their characteristics, classification, appraisal and legal disposal. The prevention of road accidents.
Syllabus
  • Transport legislation. History and present traffic rules on the Czech territory. Law No. 361 of Sb./2000   on the road. Transport security. The concept of "Safe operation". Traffic accidents and their causes. Tools to reduce road accidents. Prevention of accidents. Accident in the eyes of judicial experts. Culprit accidents and disabled. The methodology for assessing guilt and complicity. The behavior of traffic accidents. Typology of injuries in road accidents. First aid: criteria, principles.
Assessment methods
Elaboration of seminar work in the range of 15-20   ten hundred typefaces from 1   those themes: - Traffic accidents as a social, economic and health problems.   Accidents in the Czech Republic and other EU countries. Comparisons and conclusions. - Transport nekázeň participants in land transport, its causes, forms and consequences. Forms of transport to prevent delinquency. - Children and young people as participants in road accidents: causes, prevention
