Course objectives
The subject of Media Culture is designed to contribute to the so-called media literacy of teachers at primary schools. Its aim is to arouse teachers interest in media studies. It tries to answer the basic question why to engage in media studies and how these studies can be beneficial. The subject deals with the way media work and explains how a media communication is created and how the media influence recipients life.
Syllabus
  • The subject of Media Culture is designed to contribute to the so-called media literacy of teachers at primary schools. Its aim is to arouse teachers interest in media studies.
