Course objectives
The basical sector branch of geography which gives the posibility of the training of basical geographical knowledge, of the most used techniques and methods, of basical notions and characteristics for appreciation of the localization of manufacturing and agriculture.
Syllabus
  • 1.The position of social and economical geography in the general system of sciences and the relationship to the cognated branches (scheme)
  • 2. The collation of the method of SWOT analysis (interpretation of an field data investigation)
  • 3. The usageof cartographical methods for regional analysis of localization of choiced economical branches
  • 4. The application of Lorenz curve, the calculation of index of cpecialization.
  • 5. The usage of the method of triangular net.
  • 6.The determination of world industrial regions by the means of two indicators
  • 7. The regional differentiation of the development of the GDP in the World.
  • 8. The localization of energetic raws (world produce)
  • 9. The occurence of ore raws in the World.
  • 10. The area of zhe agriculture and arable soil acording States (the usage of the method of anamorph map)
  • 11.The world production of choised kinds of cultur plants
  • 12.The world breeding of choised kinds of livestock.
