Course objectives
Students will be able to explain the laws and directives, forming the legal framework for the school preventist work. They will be able to clarify each of the specific cases and interpreting their relationship to the legal standard for the analysis of specific student behaviors. They will be able to competently propose specific measures and analyze its implications.

  • Act No. 561/2004 Coll. Preschool, elementary, secondary, vocational and other Education (Education Act)
  • Act No. 563/2004 Coll. Pedagogical staff and amending certain laws
  • Implementing regulations to the law No. 561/2004 Coll. and 563/2004 Coll., particularly Decree No 72/2005 Coll. On the provision of consulting services in schools and school counseling facilities Decree No. 73/2005., On the education of children, youth and students with special educational needs and children, students and gifted students, Government Regulation No 75/2005 Coll., a determining the extent of direct teaching, direct education, direct special education and direct pedagogical and psychological activities of teaching staff, Decree č.317/2005 Coll. adult education teaching staff, the accreditation commission and promotion system youth workers and others.
