Course objectives
The contents of this subject is aimed at learning   internal structures and external links enterprise, the concept of an information system company, deal with contemporary competitive factors, quality management, knowledge of the modern concept of Psychology and Sociology in   managerial experience. At the end of the course graduates will have knowledge and skills of business issues in the field of transport.
Syllabus
  • I. Operation of Trade The contents of this block is the knowledge of   control options as business entities of economic activity. The level of information knowledge of the internal structures and external links enterprise is the basis for the design concept of an information system company. To deal with contemporary competitive factors requires knowledge of quality control. II. Managerial Psychology and Sociology The contents of this section is the knowledge of the modern concept of Psychology and Sociology in   managerial practice, which is constantly evolving and subject to innovative change. Lessons learned can bring "competitive advantage" in   career growth and contribute to the success of the     business. III. Traffic management and trade services The aim is to block strategy in the marketing mix   trade and services. Knowledge of distribution routes, business enterprise, and effective communication with customers is an essential precondition for the success of a business enterprise.
