Course objectives
At the end of the course the students:

will be able to modify different approaches when teaching grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation

they will handle various ways of error and mistakes correction and giving feedback to their learners

will be able to choose, evaluate, adapt and use different materials in their teaching

will reflect on and evaluate their teaching in schools and link the theory to practice

Teaching methods
Seminars with pair, group and class discussions, home preparation with reading, practical demonstrations, microteaching.
Assessment methods
Informal, continuous assessment (50 pts.)

- active participation in sessions (attendance 10 pts.,microteaching or presentation 20 pts., reading prepared and discussed in the forum 20 pts.)
Final, formal assessment (50 pts.)
- EPOSTL, a teaching portfolio (see Moodlinka for details), students are expected to work on it and to submit it at the end of the term (30 pts.) - one task from the teaching practice submitted (20 pts.)
