Course objectives
The course is conceived as chapters from the history of early modern towns in Bohemian lands and in a broader European context. The main attention is paid to the presentation and analysis of crucial historical sources for the reconstruction of the history of towns.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course, students will be able to: specify important issues of recent urban history; work with a broader scale of historical evidence; interpret historical sources accor-ding to relevant methodological principles.
