Course objectives (in Czech)

Schopnost úspěšně komunikovat v zaměstnání je stějně důležitá jako personální politika nebo marketing. Zaměstnavatel také od filologa očekává, že dokáže jasně zformulovat závěrečnou zprávu o projektu, přesvědčivě prezentovat své návrhy, vést efektivně obchodní korepsondenci, řídit jednání, připravit prezentaci služeb firmy zákazníkům apod. Praktické rady jsou proto doprovázeny exkurzy do sociologické a psychologické problematiky. Příklady - dobré formulace i chybné formulace s návodem, jak se vyjádřit efektivněji - nejsou vymyšleny, nýbrž převzaty z nizozemského reálného prostředí posledních let.
