Course objectives
The elementary course provides students with the introduction to issues dealt with by social pedagogy. First, the students will be concerned with defining the social pedagogy and its content of study together with a short historical survey which will be followed by methods of the social pedagogy as an established field of study. Second, the course goes on with the analysis of social problems and attitudes to dealing with them from the point of view of committed education representing the social support of people in all classes of age.
