Course objectives
The prehistory of humanity with a focus on Central Europe and the Czech Republic, archaeological methods, organization, archaeological research in the Czech Republic, presentation of material culture, including actual examples.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Požadavky ke zkoušce: přehledná znalost metod archeologie, dobrá znalost periodizace a datování pravěku, znalost vývojových trendů hmotné a duchovní kultury pravěkého lidstva, přehled nejdůležitějších archeologických kultur, informativní znalost základních pramenů hmotné kultury. Získání zápočtu ze semináře je předpokladem úspěšného ukončení kursu.
