Course objectives
PSA-14 Psychological Training in the Group The practical seminary is intent on using of group dynamics through which an individual can engage in the process of personal integration and growth creation.
Syllabus
  • Goals: extension of self recognition, which leads into more realistic self image, greater ability of auto-correction and therefore even into greater self-confidence and success, improving sensitivity for own and foreign thoughts, emotions and motives (better ability of empathy), clearer consciousness of group dynamics, group roles and needs of cooperation in team, improvement of communicational abilities, development of creativity.
