Course objectives
The course is focused on methodological introduction to the research in the area of history of education. The main issues: sources, primary and secondary literature, research methods, interpretation etc. In the second part of the course students learn more about various educational systems and institutions from antiquity to modern times so they can follow the process of historic research.
