- Seminář je koncipován jako cvičení z filozofické metodologie se zaměřením na analýzu hypotetických příkladů. Hlavní náplní semináře je představení myšlenkových experimentů jakožto korektních nástrojů filozofické práce: bude nás zajímat jejich základní vymezení a typologie, budeme se zabývat vztahem myslitelnosti a epistemické hodnoty, a samozřejmě budeme formulovat i základní skeptické postoje vůči myšlenkovým experimentům.
