Course objectives
Agriculture as a basic occupational form; the plough in historical development; grains and large scale produce growing; vine growing and viniculture; cattle breeding; yoke typology; manual labour; the relationship between folk production and folk art; survey of basic technologies and manual production: natural weaving, wood, textile production, pottery, folk glass, processing of metal and other materials.
