Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the rudiments of Latin grammar system. Students will master common forms of nouns and verbs, and the principles of their forming. Attention will also be paid to the most frequent syntactic features. As regards Latin lexis, students will be taught the most frequently used word roots, out of which many can be found in modern languages.
