Definition of general semantic notions; theory and classification of semantic changes.

Syllabus

Definition of general semantic notions; theory and classification of semantic changes. Theory and classification of semantic changes (diachronous point of view), the synchronous presentation will be based on French material and various categories of lexical-semantic description will be illustrated.
