The course offers a brief survey of the history of the Iberian Peninsula (from the Prehistorical period up to the 15th century).

Syllabus

1. Prehistory. 2. The first colonization of the Peninsula. 3. Historical period of Iberia 4. The period of the Roman colonization. 5. The kingdom of the Visigods; 6. Musluman dominion; 7. Al-Andalus 8. The coexistence of the three cultures. 9. Christian victory and the end of the musulman dominion.
