Course objectives
Course content:
- integral supplement of theoretical education
- preparing to four-days short-term attachment in psychodiagnostic
- working with (and for) the case-study based on psychiatric anamnesis and psychodiagnostic process (assessment).

  • - questionaries
  • - findings of assessment and proper formulations
  • - Case studies
  • This themes will be demonstrated on case-studies:
  • - Psychological assessment (situation, content, formulation...).
  • - Observation and interview/anamnesis.
  • - Assessment of I.Q., memory and attention in clinical context (WAIS-III, WMS...).
  • - Questionnares and clinical scales (MMPI-II...).
  • - Projective and semiprojective techniques (drawings, ROR, psychosemantic methods...).

Teaching methods
Seminars are teached in two ways - as lectures and through discussions. It would be supported by PowerPoints´ presentations. Other possibility for students is opportunity to use psychological assessment methods in practice way. Next ways of teaching are case studies.
Assessment methods
Active participation on seminars is expected from students. Evaluation will be based on case study, which should student write down during his/her internship in health-care institution.
