- Course objectives
- Individual consultations with the supervisor based on the needs of the student and the status of the work. The thesis deals with a particular problem in a given area of study. Students must prove the ability the work independently, handle the technical literature and analysis.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to: - Perform independent professional work. - Analyze relevant literature. - Apply the method and theory to the material under study.
- Syllabus
- 392/5000 Syllabus: 1. Thesis theme and definition of subject matter. 2. Linguistic and literary-related methods and procedures. 3. Search for materials, primary and secondary resources and their availability. 4. Structure of the diploma thesis. 5. Style of the scientific text, the problem of correct formulation. 6. Formal requirements of work (quotation, bibliography, etc.) 7. Final work and evaluation criteria.
