Course objectives
Reflective seminars represent a social form of reflection and allow participants to address topics related to practice together and with the support of FFF educators.
Syllabus
  • Individualisation of teaching in the context of intensification of learning for all pupils - the student asks questions such as: are there pupils with SEN in the class? How do I work with them? Am I working with a differentiated assignment so that everyone can participate? Do the students speak evenly in class? Do I engage my pupils evenly? How do I communicate with girls and boys? Do all pupils have a realistic opportunity to participate in the lesson? Does the teaching offer equal educational opportunities? Etc.
  • Setting didactic goals and evidence of learning - the student asks questions such as: Have I formulated didactic objectives for my teaching? Are his/her students succeeding in achieving these goals? Do my students know what the goals are that they should meet through their teaching? Do I have a record of the fact that the pupils have achieved the objectives? What kind?
  • Assessment of learning outcomes - How do I provide assessment for pupils? For what objectives do I provide assessment? How much time do I spend on assessment? How do I decide when to use which type of assessment? How do I work with formative assessment? How do I work with student products responsive to formative assessment? Do I incorporate self-assessment?
  • Topics may be modified to meet the needs of the trainees.
