Course objectives
T. Lucretius Carus is a representative of the Cicero's time's poetry, follower and popularizer of the Epikuros' philosophy, which he introduces to Romans in his philosophical epos "De rerum natura". Together with Cicero he is the main source of the Latin philosophical language.
