Course objectives
Phenomenology offers a new perspective of inner and outer psychological life. This perspective differs from the traditional deterministic view. Phenomenological stance is an important aspect of qualitative methodology, interpreting the psychological and social phenomena and psychotherapeutic methodology.
Syllabus
  • History of phenomenological thinking, philosofical roots (Husserl), methods of phenomenology, perception of things, persons and self-perception. Existentialism (Heidegger, Sartre). Humanistic psychology and psychotherapy.
