Course objectives
The course is taught in Modern Greek. At the end of the course, students will be familiar with certain areas of Modern Greek life and customs, e.g. theatre, cinema, music, significant personalities of Greek culture and politics, etc. The course is supplemented by reading of primary literary texts, films, contemporary newspaper articles, listening. Topics of the seminar change every semester.
