Course objectives
The course focuses on developing and deepening knowledge about the possibilities of film industry research. The topic of industrial history is presented from different points of view, with the economic perspective at the centre. When researching the film industries, it is necessary to address other issues that border on other research areas - cultural history, star studies, aesthetic history, etc. In the course, the student should gain a deeper knowledge of the possibilities of access to the research of film industries, methods of production and division of labour, marketing and sales of produced media content, or the state's influence on the functioning of a specific industry.
