Syllabus
  • Participation in the initial training introduces the learners to the Central Library of FF MU and the basics of searching the library's information resources. The internship takes place by individual arrangement. The time covers the whole semester, from 13 February to 30 June. The internship may take place in the operation of the reference desk on a given library floor. Internships may also take place in the Central Library stacks. It is possible to do the internship on weekdays during the library's opening hours (9-20). It is possible to choose the practice only on weekends but always for two full days. Weekend blocks can be enrolled as needed. Thus, it does not have to take place on four consecutive weekends. Enrollment for blocks is possible after permission to enrol has been granted. The length of stay in the library is 64 hours. Weekends and weekdays, as well as service or stock practice, may be combined by appointment. Self-study consists of 31 hours.
