Course objectives
Structural and molecular mechanisms of adaptations to parasitism, metabolic and signal characteristics, biochemstry of parasitic protozoa, helminths and arthropods, bioenergetics and metabolism of sacharids, lipids and nucleotic acids, parasite interaction with host/vector internal environment, molecular factors limiting parasite transmission, molecular mechanisms and inreaction in ecology and epidemilogy of parasitic diseases.
