Course objectives
There are introduced the basic concepts for the experimental work. The directions for the work with laboratory animals as well as for taking of blood and tissue samples in humans. There are described also the methods for oxygen consumption, including basal metabolism. The examples of the methods in individual sferes are stated. The students are so preapred on a future work in laboratory.
