Course objectives
The goals of the lecture are to get to students the knowledge from separation methods in biochemistry and molecular biology, which are used for macromolecules purification (proteins, nucleic acids). A content of the first part includes electromigration methods. Second part is oriented onto chromatography methods and third part is dedicated in Field Flow Fractionation, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.
