Course objectives
The course is devoted mainly to the students of geology (master program) interested in mineral water. Students learn about recharging, exploitation, using and protection of the mineral water.
Syllabus
  • History of the mineral water in Czech Republic
  • physical and chemical properties of the mineral water; classification of the mineral water; gas in mineral water
  • conditions of the mineral water recharging
  • aquifers with mineral water
  • exploitation of the mineral water
  • protection of the mineral water
  • overview of the mineral water in the Czech Republic
