Course objectives
The seminar is providing an alternative for widely spread MS Windows environment. Students are led to the deeper knowledge of the programs that they are working with and to their own application creation. The part concerning Internet shows relationships within the world computer network and the possibilities of its reasonable usage (contents providing, targetted search).

  • (instructions, programming in shell, vi editor.
  • Electronic communication
  • e-mail, telnet, ftp
  • WWW page creation (HTML language).
  • X-windows.
