Course objectives
The goal of this course is to repeat and to deepen the student knowledge in plasma physics and in discharge physics.
Learning outcomes
Student after this course:
- will know basic concepts and laws of plasma physics and electrical discharges;
- will have knowledge of applications of electrical discharges for microelectronics.
