Course objectives
Presentation of thematic cartography focused on selected topics e.g. medical issues, crisis management etc. Special attention is paid to data sources, cartographic methods and user experience.
Learning outcomes
A student will be able to:
- critically evaluate the usefulness of the methods of cartographic visualization,
- analyze the actual trends in the field of cartographic visualization,
- propose the methods for validation of usability of selected cartographic visualizations.
