Character of the project
business (five months)
Description of the project
Project aims at developing common system of collection of best practices
outcoming from RCA`s and other experiences. Project includes development of
Management System and also Web based application.
Work activities
the project will be completely coordinated by two students
it will include three basic steps:
analyze current team practises collection (management system & applications)
select the best practice/come up with the solution
develop the solution
students will have a person from GDF and Quality management involved
