IBM Internship Program 2013/2014
IBM Delivery Centre team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting
projects within The Internship Program. This program is available from October 2013 –
February/March 2014.
IBM Delivery Center Czech Republic Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM
centers of its kind worldwide. Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic
outsourcing services, remote server and application support, networking services and end
customer support.
Engagement Services Project
In our team there are Technical Solution Managers and IT architects. We prepare technical and commercial
proposals for IT infrastructure outsourcing. As part of transformation, we offer you to take part in the
following activities that need to coordinated:
Description of roles:
• Setting up Workshops within the department on various technical solution topics
• Building & Maintaining knowledge base with assistance of Subject Matter Experts
• Building & Maintaining education & training plans of each team member
• Resource Deployment initiatives
Skills required:
• Foundation level knowledge of Information Technology (Infrastructure)
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Language : English
• MS Excel & Word Knowledge
• Excellent Coordination & Organization skills
• Aspiration to become a consultant in IT
• Infrastructure outsourcing
You will have the opportunity to:
