IBM Delivery Centre CE team in Brno makes it possible for you to take part in interesting projects within
The Internship Program. This program is available from February 2014 – June 2014.
IBM Delivery Centre CE Brno is one of the biggest and most diverse IBM centers of its kind worldwide.
Brno centre core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing services, remote server and application
support, networking services and end customer support.
Junior Project Manager/Technical Writer
The project is focused to consolidation of technical documentation for middleware department. The project
consists from following stages:
* Proposal of new structure in Lotus Connections WIKI
* Creation of the structure in WIKI
* Movement of documentation from Lotus Notes DB to WIKI (probably manually)
* Formatting of the content in WIKI
Next part of the ¨mission¨ is leading of specific small internal projects where will be needed communication with
representatives of another teams
Description of roles:
 Leading of small internal projects and Consolidation of technical documentation
Skills required:
 Communication skills
 Basic knowledge of administration of UNIX/Windows servers
 Active usage of technical documentation
