- Associate Javascript Developer -
SolarWinds is looking for smart and talented developers, who do not need to have commercial experience with software development. This position is intended for SSME 1 semester internship.
Are you a developer with good knowledge of Javascript? Do you love working with latest technologies? Do you want to work on products used by dozens of thousands of IT professionals around the world? What Associate Javascript Developer does in SolarWinds?
• Designs and implements cool features that make our QA and customers happy
• Works in a team of talented developers, who are willing to share best practices
• Works on complex technical problems and provides smart and elegant solutions
• Enjoys reviewing code of others and accepts constructive criticism about own code
What is required to succeed in this position?
• Knowledge of Javascript
• Very good understanding of HTML
• Knowledge of Linux
• Strong problem solving skills
• Acceptable spoken/written English, English is used on daily basis
What would be helpful, but not required?
• Knowledge of Java EE
• Knowledge of ANT build system
• Good understanding of testing concepts
• Experience with Dojo framework, Node.js
• Experience with agile processes
• Experience with IT technologies (Networking, Systems Management, Virtualization)
