Determination of the amount of study-related fees for the academic year 2020/2021
Pursuant to § 28, paragraph 1 of Act No. 111/1 998 Coll., on higher education and on the amendment and supplementation of the law on higher education (the Higher Education Act), as amended by later amendments (hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education Act), I issue this measure:

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58, Paragraph 5 of the Higher Education Act and
Article 5, Annex 2 of the Statutes of Masaryk University (hereinafter referred to as " MU Statutes"), I hereby establish the following for the academic year 2020/2021 the fee for th.e admission to the risk pursuant to Section 58(1) of the Higher Education Act and Article 3 of Annex 2 to the MU Statutes:

( 1) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 58 (5) of the Higher Education Act and Article 13 of Annex 2 of the MU Statutes, I am setting the tuition fee for the academic year 2020/2021 for a study programme conducted in a foreign language in accordance with Section 58 (4) of the Higher Education Act and Article 12 of Annex 2 of the MU Statutes:

Castings are given for one academic year.
(2) The amount of the fee for study in study programmes taught in English, set by this measure, is valid for students starting their studies in the given study programme in the academic year 2020/2021 and subsequent years.
(3) The amount of the fee for study in study programmes taught in English is fixed for the entire period of study in the given study programme and will remain unchanged for the entire period of study in the relevant study programme.
(4) The amount of the fee for students enrolled in the student body before the applicability of this measure shall be set according to the fee applicable at the time of their enrolment in the student body so as to respect the faculty's commitment not to increase the tuition fee during the student body's enrolment.
(5) The tuition fee for the first academic year of each study programme conducted in English is due on the date of enrolment in the study programme conducted in English.
(6) The tuition fee for each academic year following the year of commencement of the study programme (2nd year and above) is due on 15 September of the academic year.
(7) The student is entitled to split the fee into two equal instalments. The first instalment is due within the time limits set out in paragraphs (5) and (6), the second instalment is due on 15 February of the academic year in question.
(8) If the student gets into delay with the payment of the study fee, he/she is obliged to pay an additional fee for the study in English language in the amount of 5.0 00, - CZK.

Determination of payment for the validation of foreign education
(1) In accordance with Section 48(7) of the Higher Education Act, the fee for the verification of foreign education for applicants for admission to bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, in the academic year 2020/2021, within the meaning of Section 48(4) of the Act, was set at CZK 750.

Determination of the payment for selected whole children and education
(1)    In accordance with cl. 9 of the Council of Lifelong Education of Masaryk University, I set the level of fees for education in the Czech language for the academic year 2020/2021.

The participant in the full-time education programme is obliged to pay the amount in two instalments, by paying 50% of the stipulated        fee at the latest by the date of enrolment in the first semester and the remaining SO% at the latest by the date of enrolment in the second semester.
(2)    In accordance with Article 9 of the Council for Lifelong Learning, the Council has set the level of fees for education in lifelong learning programmes - education in single subjects for the academic year 2020/2021:

The participant of the lifelong education programme is obliged to pay the amount in one instalment, not later than the day preceding the start of the course.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Council for Lifelong Learning, I am setting the high education fees for the academic year 2020/2021 for education in lifelong learning programmes - education in a foreign language:

The participant in the lifelong learning programme is obliged to pay the amount in one instalment, no later than the day before the start of the course.
Section 5 Closing lips
(1)    He entrusted the interpretation of the individual provisions of this measure to the Vice-Dean for Education
in the pre-clinical fields of general medicine.
(2) Control of the implementation of this measure is carried out by the Secretary of the Faculty.
(3) This measure shall enter into force and effect on the date of the measure.
