In accordance with section 36, subsection 2 of Act No.  111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education
Institutions and on the Modification and Amendment of Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), the
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports registered the II. modifications to the Masaryk University
Internal Wage Regulations on 15 May 2020 under Ref. No. MSMT-20925/2020-1.

                                         II. MODIFICATION

                            TO A MASARYK UNIVERSITY INTERNAL REGULATION

                           Masaryk University Internal Wage Regulations


Masaryk University Internal Wage Regulations have been modified as follows:


Section 1

1.         In Annex No. 2 Wage category specifications and wage rates for non-academic employee
positions, in the column wage rate, the amounts in wage categories 1 to 3 have been modified as
follows:

Section 2

(1)      These modifications to the Masaryk University Internal Wage Regulations were approved by
the Masaryk University Academic Senate in accordance with section 9, subsection 1, letter b, item 3
of Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on the Modification and Amendment of
Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended, on 4 May 2020.

(2)      These modifications to the Masaryk University Internal Wage Regulations were discussed
with the Masaryk University trade union coordinating committee on 25 March 2020.

(3)      These modifications to the Masaryk University Internal Wage Regulations shall enter into
force in accordance with Section 36, subsection 4 of the Higher Education Act on the day of
registration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

(4)      These modifications to the Masaryk University Internal Wage Regulations shall enter into
effect on 1 July 2020.
