Annex 14 : Proposal for Initiating a Habilitation Procedure

a)      written work introducing new scientific findings, or


b)      set of previously published scientific works or engineering works with commentary, or


c)      previously published monograph introducing new scientific findings, or


d)      work of art or artistic performance or set thereof, comprising e.g. outstanding public
artistic activity.

By submitting a proposal for initiating a habilitation procedure, I hereby authorize Masaryk
University to utilize the above specified habilitation thesis according to letter a), or commentary
according to letter b), in the manner listed in section 18, subsection 2 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll.,
the Copyright Act, as amended. This license is granted to Masaryk University as a non-exclusive
license free of charge for the duration of the author’s proprietary rights. Masaryk University is
under no obligation to utilize this license.


·  In case of a habilitation thesis according to letters a) or b), the publication of which will
result or may result in damages to third-party rights according to section 8 of the Rector’s
Directive 4/2010:

By submitting a proposal for initiating a habilitation procedure, I hereby authorize Masaryk
University to utilize the above specified habilitation thesis according to letter a), or commentary
according to letter b), with the exception of passages the publication of which will result or may
result in damages to third-party rights, as specified below. This license is granted for use in the
manner listed in section 18, subsection 2 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended.
This license is granted to Masaryk University as a non-exclusive license free of charge for the
duration of the author’s proprietary rights. Masaryk University is under no obligation to utilize
such a license.
