Postoj Gruzie, Ruska, EU a USA k událostem v Gruzii v srpnu 2008

Abstract: Práce vychází z názoru mezinárodního realismu, že mezinárodní právo slouží státům jako zástěrka skutečných mocenských zájmů. Toto tvrzení je ověřováno na případové studii války mezi Gruzií a Ruskem v srpnu 2008. Práce obsahuje části věnující se pohledu mezinárodního realismu na mezinárodní právo, argumentaci, jejímu rozboru a skutečným cílům Gruzie, Ruska a stručně i USA a EU.

Abstract: The thesis is based on the view of international realism, that nations use international law to cover the real interests of power. This is verified on a case study of the Georgia-Russia war in August 2008. Main sections are about the realist view of the international law, arguments, analyse of them and the real objectives of Georgia, Russia and briefly of U.S. and EU.

Description: Obsahem práce bude analýza a hodnocení postojů, které zaujali vybraní aktéři k událostem v Gruzii v létě 2008. Vybranými aktéry jsou strany ozbrojeného konfliktu Gruzie a Rusko a klíčoví globální a regionální hráči USA a EU.
