Tvorba obchodní strategie podniku

Abstract: Předložená diplomová práce, která nese název "Tvorba obchodní strategie podniku", se zabývá teorií a praxí strategického řízení. Teoretická část pojednává o založení malého nebo středního podniku, předpokladech úspěšného podnikatelského záměru a moderních manažerských metodách. Je zde popsán obecný postup provádění strategické analýzy podniku a z něho vycházející tvorba strategií. V praktické části je analyzován konkrétní nově vzniklý podnik, přičemž je provedena komplexní strategická analýza jednak jeho okolí, tedy socioekonomického a vládního prostředí včetně Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil, jednak je podrobeno strategické analýze rovněž vnitřní prostředí podniku. Na základě získaných poznatků je provedena SWOT analýza. Hlavním přínosem mé práce je zformulování komplexního návrhu optimální strategie pro daný podnik do budoucna. V závěru práce je zhodnocen efekt založení daného podniku. …moreless

Abstract: This thesis, whose title is "Business strategy generation", deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. The theoretical part concerns foundation of a small or middle-sized enterprise, preconditions of a successful business plan and modern managerial methods. This part describes the performance of the strategic analysis of an enterprise, from which the optimal strategy is generated. The contents of the practical part of the thesis are the analysis of the newly founded particular enterprise. In this enterprise the comprehensive strategic surrounding analysis and internal analysis is executed. Based on the acquired information the SWOT analysis is performed. The main contribution of my work is the introduction of a comprehensive proposal of the optimal strategy for the enterprise into the future.
