Zavádění systému managementu jakosti v Domově mládeže

Abstract: Anotace Tématem diplomové práce je zavádění systému managementu jakosti v Domově mládeže. Práce se v teoretické části zabývá řízením organizace, odpovědností managementu za změnu, klíčovými procesy, jejich evaluací a kontinuálním zlepšováním chodu zařízení. Ve výzkumné části sleduje zavádění celého systému, závislostí mezi aktivním přístupem zaměstnanců a jejich úspěšnou participací na projektu.

Abstract: Annotation: The Master thesis deals with Quality Management System implementation in a boarding house. In the theoretical part the work focuses on the organization management, responsibility of management for the change, key processes, their evaluation and continuous improvement of the organization operation. The research part monitors the implementation of the whole system, and the relation between the active approach by employees and their successful participation on the project.
