Exekuce na prodej nemovitostí prováděná finančním úřadem

Abstract: Cílem této práce je seznámení s možnými druhy daňové exekuce.Důraz je dán na exekuci vedenou ne nemovitosti a pojmenování problematických bodů vyskytujících se v této oblasti daňového řízení. Poté je proveden krátký exkurz do připravovaného nového daňového řádu a jeho úpravy daňové exekuce. V závěru pak autor nabízí několik možných námětů ke zlepšení činnosti v oblasti vymáhání daňových nedoplatků.

Abstract: The objective of this work are various kinds of tax execution with a special emphasis on tax execution proceedings concerning real property where possible issues found in this particular field are defined. After that there is a brief overview of the new tax system that is being prepared at the moment where changes regarding tax execution are the main focus and finally there are suggestions which may improve activities of collecting outstanding arrears
